Gender Sensitization and Gender Justice form the foundation of a safe and inclusive academic environment. Upholding these principles, the college is committed to ensuring a secure and supportive space for all students, faculty, and staff.

To actualize this commitment, the InternalComplaint Committee (ICC) has been constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The ICC is empowered to address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment occurring within the college premises in a prompt, confidential, and sensitive manner.

Objectives of the Internal Committee (IC):

• To prevent and address complaints related to sexual harassment on campus.
• To ensure fair redressal and justice for the complainant.
• To promote gender equity and a respectful work and study environment
